What bothered the patient:
The patient had been operated on elsewhere and had been dissatisfied with the result from the outset, with no functional restriction. She wanted a more even nose, in particular correction of a sunken area to the left of the nasal tip, more rotation and a little less curve in the nasal bridge.
Operation performed:
Secondary open septorhinoplasty with rib cartilage graft, performed by Dr. Christoph Grill.
