Nose reduction.
Do you find your nose too large or too dominant in relation to your face? Perhaps it looks too broad, too long or excessively bulky, which affects your confidence. A nose reduction can correct this imbalance and bring your face into a balanced, aesthetic harmony.
When a nose reduction makes sense.
A nose reduction is the right procedure when the nose is felt to be too dominant in its overall size — for example when it looks too large, too long or too bulky in relation to the rest of the face. It differs in that from more localised procedures: if only a hump or the shape of the nasal tip bothers you, a targeted hump or nasal tip correction is often enough. If, on the other hand, the point is to fit the nose as a whole more harmoniously into the facial proportions, reducing the entire nasal structure is the right route.
Whether an overall reduction or a localised correction fits your concern is something we establish at the first consultation — together at the Vectra 3D model, which shows you the possible result in advance. At the Kuzbari Centre we rely on individual solutions that underline your natural beauty without looking artificial.

When the nose suits the face.
A nose that harmonises in size and shape with the rest of the features looks entirely self-evident — it does not draw the eye, it lets the face work as a whole.
Many patients tell us that after the correction they simply feel “whole” again — from the front as well as in profile.

Answers about nose reduction
Is a nose reduction painful?
During the operation you feel nothing thanks to the anaesthesia. After the procedure the pain is usually mild and easily treated with painkillers.
How long does healing take?
After 2 – 3 weeks you are presentable; after 4 – 6 weeks you can resume sport and strenuous activities. The final result is visible after 12 – 18 months.
Will there be scars?
Usually all that remains is a small, inconspicuous scar on the columella and minimal scars of about 2 mm on the bridge of the nose.
Can breathing be affected?
Our specialists take care to preserve or improve the function of the nose. Where necessary a septum correction can be integrated to optimise the breathing.
How much does a nose reduction cost?
The cost depends on the extent of the procedure. At the first consultation you receive a transparent quotation.
Is the result permanent?
Yes, the results are permanent. Slight changes through the ageing process are possible, but they barely affect the result.
