What bothered the patient:
The patient had had markedly restricted nasal breathing since childhood. Aesthetically she was bothered by the hump, which was to be reduced without lowering the nasal bridge too far, the slightly overlong tip, uneven nostrils and the deviation visible from the front.

Open septorhinoplasty, performed by Dr. Christoph Grill.
