What bothered the patient:
For many years the patient had been troubled by the shape of her nose, and occasionally her breathing was slightly worse on the left. She felt the nasal tip was too broad, and wanted a lifted tip and correction of the hump.
Operation performed:
Open septorhinoplasty with narrowing of the alar base, performed by Dr. Christoph Grill.
