What bothered the patient:
The patient was affected purely by the shape of her nose: she found it too long and too strongly protruding, and wanted a shorter, rotated nasal tip.
Operation performed:
Open septorhinoplasty using the dorsal preservation technique (preserving the nasal dorsum), performed by Dr. Christoph Grill.
