What bothered the patient:
The patient was bothered by the dorsal hump, a nasal tip that dropped when he smiled, an asymmetry of the profile — from the right the nose looked larger — and a minimal deviation to the left. He wanted a natural nose, certainly not too much curve in the nasal bridge.
