What bothered the patient:
The patient was troubled by the shape of her nose. In profile it was above all the hump that bothered her — nothing else about the nose did. Her explicit wish was not to end up with a curve in the nasal bridge.

Septorhinoplasty using the dorsal preservation technique, performed by DDr. Jessica Wittmann.
