What bothered the patient:
The patient is affected above all by the profile view of her nose. She does not want her face to change too much through nose surgery. She does not want too great a change to the shape of her nose. She does not want a “snub nose”.
Operation performed:
Open nose surgery (open septorhinoplasty).
