What bothered the patient:
The patient would like a correction of the arched profile of her nose. Instead she would like a gentle curve to the bridge. The prominent, broad nasal tip also bothers her. She has a deviated septum with obstructed nasal breathing.
Operation performed:
Open nose surgery with straightening of the nasal septum (open septorhinoplasty).
