What bothered the patient:
The patient wants an improvement in the shape of her nose in the three-quarter and profile views. What bothers her above all is the nasal hump. She wants the nasal tip to be less prominent. Otherwise she does not want too great a change to her nose.
Operation performed:
Open nose surgery (open septorhinoplasty).
