What bothered the patient:
The patient is affected by both the shape and the function of her nose. She had already had an operation on her nose. Shape and function are of equal importance to her. 1. The septum extends too far downwards. 2. The nasal hump: she still perceives some irregularities on the bridge of the nose, and it should also look somewhat “ski-jump-like”. 3. The nasal tip should be more beautiful too, and look like a small snub nose. 4. A straight septum, by which the patient means the breathing difficulties.
