What bothered the patient:
The patient has been affected by the shape and function of her nose for a very long time / for years. The shape, however, matters more to her. She has already seen an ENT doctor, who diagnosed a deviated septum. Her breathing has got worse. She does not want a snub nose. She is affected by the following changes: the nose should be straight seen from the front; the nose should be straight seen from the side, by which she means removing the hump; the tip should be lifted a little, both when smiling and at rest
Operation performed:
Open septorhinoplasty. The current photos are 7 weeks post-operative
