What bothered the patient:
The patient is affected purely by the shape of her nose. She describes an occasional frequent running of the nose. She has no restriction of breathing function. She is affected by the following changes: the nasal hump. The length of the nose, by which she means both the cranio-caudal direction and the projection. She would like it shortened, with increased rotation as well. 3. The nostrils in profile. Too much of the nasal hair is visible.
Operation performed:
Open septorhinoplasty. The current photos are 7 weeks post-operative
