What bothered the patient:
The patient does not want a “perfect”, “mini snub nose”, but a nose that suits her face well. The nose should not look operated on. Among other things she is bothered by the drooping nasal tip and the crooked nose. With the operation the patient also wants an improvement in her restricted nasal breathing on the left.
Operation performed:
Open nose surgery (open septorhinoplasty).
