What bothered the patient:
The patient wants an improvement in the shape of her nose. What bothers her above all is the nasal hump. She would like a very minimally concave bridge. Overall her nose draws attention away from the attractive features of her face. It is important to her that the nose looks natural and not operated on.
Operation performed:
Open correction of the nasal shape and of the deviated septum (open septorhinoplasty).
